According to your problem, If process 'send service book' can not
succeed, please kindly you may remove previous email account and add new
email account at your provider website Blackberry, after that you may
activate the feature 'Leave Copy of Messages on Server' in order to
receive your email from mail account (mail client) and BlackBerry.
And turn off then turn it back on the BlackBerry device or softreset on
your BlackBerry device.
